We will continue to educate community health workers in delivering basic health services within their villages. Each year, we will develop new topics while refining and improving our trainings. As we continue to grow, we will ensure sustainability within the communities by introducing Train the Trainer programs and other advanced educational opportunities for the community health workers. We will also remain focused in our core values, including an emphasis on reciprocal learning knowing that we can learn as much from the communities we serve as they can from CU Peru.
